3D BOOTCAMP!

New Time Option starting in October! Come everyday Monday-Friday 8:30-9:30am

So what is 3D Bootcamp? It is a “bootcamp” style workout and nutrition based class. The class will incorporate dance, cardio, strength, and flexibility training to ensure your body is physically balanced. For nutrition, you are what you eat!!  We will give you ideas about eating healthy and how to keep track of what you are eating while on the go. We will incorporate three basic things to learn about being healthy, losing weight, toning your body, and keeping a healthy balance on being “fit”.

The 3 D’s

These are “Divinity, Discipline, and Dedication”.

The Divinity aspect keeps you focused on the real and true goal is that we can NOTHING without God and that it IS possible to not only rely on Him to provide what we need to get healthy, but to also stay healthy.

The Discipline aspect keeps you focused on self-control and accountability. It is HARD to say “no” to bad eating habits, but it really is as simple as training your mind to eat healthy…you crave what you put in your body, whether healthy or unhealthy; we’re going to make you crave healthy foods!!

The Dedication aspect keeps you focused on your commitment to becoming a healthier “you”. Commitment is a choice and we hope you will choose to “commit” to living a longer and healthier life!

A Note from the Instructor, Rebecca McCarty

I am a 32 year old mother of three children, ages 9, 5, and 5 months and am a full time Children’s Director at Brazos Fellowship Church in College Station. Up until 3 years ago, I struggled with weight gain due to poor eating habits, lack of exercise, and a lack of energy/knowledge. After growing into a deeper relationship with the Lord, I discovered that my body is a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit and felt the desire and responsibility to change the way that I cared for my body from the inside out. I enrolled in a boot camp, began exercising and learned how to eat healthy and lost 50 pounds! It grew into a passion and within 6 months of participating in boot camp, I became a certified personal trainer and began teaching boot camps so that I could help other women achieve their goals and learn how to be healthy as an act of worship to God. My journey to actively begin and stay healthy would have never been successful without faith and commitment in God and without HIS strength and discipline. I hope to help lead you to this discovery in your healthy journey as well.

About our 8:30am teacher, Nicole

“Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved sports. I played nearly every sport as a kid and went on to play golf at the collegiate level. As I got older, my love for sports developed into a love of fitness in general. The first time I did a boot camp, I had such a blast because it brought me back to the days of strength and conditioning training during junior high and high school. I love boot camp-style fitness because it is such a fun and innovative way to work out. Not only does it provide a team environment (which can be both encouraging and competitive), but you get to do all different types of exercises each day. I have always wanted to lead a boot camp, and I am thrilled to finally have the opportunity. I enthusiastically look forward to helping others achieve their fitness goals, all the while having a good time doing it! I believe our bodies are temples of the Lord (1 Cor. 6:19-20.), and in doing physical exercise, we have the blessed opportunity of GLORIFYING GOD!”

This class runs 5 days a week.

Monday-Friday 5:30am-6:30am

Monday-Friday 8:30am-9:30am – New Time Option!

Students have the option of choosing 3 days a week or all 5
