We have a very important change to make to our schedule. Meggie’s grandmother
has just passed away. Please be praying for her and her family. The funeral
will be this weekend so we can really be lifting them up in prayer during this
time. This also means that the practices scheduled for THIS weekend must be
changed to NEXT weekend. The times will remain the exact same. The new dates
for the Ad Deum rehearsals are June 10th from 6pm-9pm and June 11th from
9am-12pm. All other times and dates are the same. Remember if you can’t be
there we will also be posting the video online after the routine is learned for
girls to keep it in their memories or to learn it on their own or with friends.

Ad Deum Registration and Lodging:

If you haven’t registered for Ad Deum please do so! When registering do NOT
check the box for a “roommate plan” Suzanne is booking all rooms for the girls.
This is different than DR in that the girls stay together and not with their
families. Suzanne books them all for the girls so please don’t book a hotel
room for your child! We will be needing chaperones and drivers though so please
let us know if you are available for this.

The cost for 1 room for Sunday-Thursday (5 days) is $513 total. This can be
split between either 4 or maybe 5 people if someone is willing to bring an air
mattress or sleep on the floor.. or snuggle a whole lot.

More details are definitely coming soon so everyone feels confident about the
trip! Suzanne is also scheduling a parent meeting for July 30th at the same
time as the final review session 10am-12pm.

So that we can have a good headcount on who is all going. We have a google doc
to keep track of everyone. Please click Here to access the google doc and
fill it out whether you are going or not. Please also fill out if you can drive
or chaperone throughout the week.

Email Updates:

You may have noticed that we have a new email server! I’m sending out this
message with the new and the old just to make sure and get everyone. If you
didn’t receive both versions please check your spam. You may have to give this
new system the “ok” before your email domain will allow emails from us.

Summer Classes:

Summer classes just started! Remember you must keep up your dancing throughout
the summer! I love seeing all of your smiling faces around here.
